Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care to patients with acute medical conditions, including but not limited to sepsis, respiratory distress, acute chest pain, infectious diseases, and other acute medical emergencies.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized and effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor and track patient progress, document all medical interventions, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Keep up-to-date with current research, guidelines, and practices in Acute Medicine and apply this knowledge to provide the best possible care to patients.
• Act as a mentor and resource for other healthcare professionals, including residents, interns, and nursing staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical license.
• Board certification in Acute Medicine or eligible for certification through experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Acute Medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
