The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Logistics Support professional to join our team at The Fridge Entertainment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Booking all travel requirements for artists and groups (including but not limited to arranging visas, flights, accommodation and on-ground transportation).
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Collating, organising and managing personal and travel documents of artists and groups.
- Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required, supporting different aspects of project delivery.
- Working alongside and building strong relationships with suppliers such as travel agencies to ensure best prices are secured.
- Compiling and reviewing rate templates annually to share with the booking team to use.
- Ensuring excellent client-facing and internal communication, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Taking prompt and proactive steps to resolve any issues that may jeopardise the success of events.
- Maintaining a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines, remaining flexible to changing project demands.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to take initiative without being prompted.
A successful applicant for the Admin and Logistics Support role will have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international visa requirements and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in administrative and logistics support (preferred).
- Experience in entertainment/events industry (preferred).
Duration: Full Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary: Dependent on experience
UAE Driving License and own car preferrable
Visa provided or own freelance visa/permit or visa with ability to work (NOC)
