- 资质与合规管理：全面负责金风科技迪拜与阿布扎比公司的商业执照、行业许可等资质的申请、续期、变更及归档工作，确保公司经营全程合规。
- 行政运营保障：统筹迪拜办公室及员工公寓的日常运营，包括固定资产登记与管理、办公环境维护、行政物资采购及成本控制。
- 供应商资源管理：评估、维护及优化现有供应商体系，积极开拓本地优质供应商资源，建立稳定可靠的供应链支持。
- 客户与访客接待：协助安排访客的商务接待，涵盖接机、住宿、会议、交通、餐饮等全流程后勤保障。
- 文档与流程管理：负责行政相关文件、合同及档案的整理、保管与标准化，优化行政工作流程。
- 应急事务处理：及时响应并妥善处理办公室及公寓日常运营中出现的各类突发情况，保证日常运营的稳定性。
- 教育背景：本科及以上学历，行政管理、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- 工作经验：具备3-5年在阿联酋地区的行政、运营或综合后勤支持岗位工作经验，熟悉相关政府流程。
- 语言能力：具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言进行商务沟通与文书处理。
- 具备出色的组织、协调与多任务处理能力，工作条理清晰。有强烈的责任心和职业素养，工作细致严谨。
- 优秀的团队合作意识与服务精神，善于跨文化沟通。
- 学习与适应能力强，能在快速发展、多变的业务环境中积极应对挑战，持续成长。
