Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
