About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, MWP Marketing, you will assist the team in managing all marketing activities relating to Aquaventure World activities, as well as other resort projects on a need basis, providing support where needed. The role will also involve assisting in managing photoshoots for the, ensuring the website, screens, internal signage and Apps are up to date with the latest information. You will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (CRM, Digital, social media etc..) to execute promotional activities across the destination. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting the team with marketing plan rollout and making sure material deadlines are met, and supporting the brand team on projects as needed. As well as managing budgets and manage the creation of hotel collaterals in line with existing events and promotions.
About You
The successful candidate must be passionate about marketing and have strong project management and organisational skills. You will also have experience within a fast-paced environment and have an understanding of internet technologies and a marketing environment. You will be a creative self-starter who takes the initiative and is not discouraged by challenges, setbacks and change. It is essential you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and extremely advantageous having experience with budgeting.
