Administrative Assistant (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to participate in delivering a wide range of exciting infrastructure and building projects across Emirate of Abu Dhabi .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reporting directly to the Programme Controls Lead

• Supporting organization of team in delivery of multiple critical projects across the region

• Producing documents, presentations under the direction of the Technical Director.

• Administering correspondence, work plans, maintaining records.

• General administration tasks supporting a large team (>100 staff)

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good English language communication skills - both written and oral

• Excellent organizational skills and dedication to timely completion of task, with attention to detail.
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in administration.

• Enthusiasm and dedication to high performance.

• Analytical skills to review and enhance existing work processes.

• Creativity in developing new or improved systems and processes for more efficient delivery.
