Duties:
- Serves as liaison in between department and offices
- Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties
- Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Effective communication and written skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
