Administrative Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is best suited for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in administrative management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee schedules and leave requests
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budget allocation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic preferred
