Exciting Opportunity: Join Halcon as an Administrative Officer (Platform Integration)!

Are you ready to be the backbone of our Platform Integration department? Halcon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to ensure the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing office resources, coordinating administrative tasks, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams, including calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare and provide required materials for department/project meetings, attending as directed.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, catering, and audiovisual equipment as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and communication, initiating action based on priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for company documents and records.
  • Assist in document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Monitor office security and implement safety measures, coordinating emergency response procedures.
  • Assist in tracking and managing departmental budgets for office-related expenses, submitting expense reports, and reconciling invoices.
  • Lead continuous improvement of administrative procedures, practices, and processes.


  • 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Professional certification in office management.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
