About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator - Housekeeping in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Provide general administrative support such as maintaining databases and filing systems, scanning, photocopying, filling, etc., thus ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, travel arrangements, and responding to inquiries. Assist with the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, purchase orders, agreements, invoices, receipts, etc., as deemed necessary in your respective department.
  • Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures as cascaded from the reporting manager to improve department efficiency.
  • Read incoming material and sort according to the file system, distributing to appropriate department/contracts personnel as deemed necessary.
  • Ensure material received is stamped, maintains a record of material removed, locates, and removes material from files when requested, and traces missing file folders.
  • Maintain the mail and courier procedures. Monitor, maintain and track office supplies and order and distribute new supplies as needed.
  • Serving as the point of contact for Colleagues, guests and vendors, or acting as the liaison between the departments to ensure all enquiries are handled.
  • Continually strive to improve the procedures in respective domains.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role, preferable in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English (Essential) and proficiency in additional language (Desired).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
