About The Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient HR administrative support for all internal colleagues, delivering accurate and timely solutions that reflect our commitment to outstanding service. You’ll manage key HR functions including SAP system updates, personal file maintenance, onboarding/offboarding processes, payroll support, and HR reception duties. Your proactive approach to issue resolution, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous improvement will help drive operational efficiency and enhance employee satisfaction across the organization. About You
We’re seeking candidates who present a polished, professional image and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate will have advanced administrative capabilities and fluency in a second language is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 2–3 years of experience in both administrative roles and customer-focused industries such as hospitality. Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential for managing complex tasks and delivering exceptional service.
