Job Description
This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.
AECOM are currently seeking an experienced Administrator - Information Management, to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of digital records and document control procedures across project lifecycles. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role ensures that project documentation is accurately managed, traceable, and compliant with established standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying and maintaining digital records and document control systems in alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.
- Support the execution of digitised administrative workflows, including the circulation, tracking, and uploading of project deliverables and communications.
- Maintain project record platforms to ensure that all documentation is organised, accessible, and traceable by relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documentation in collaboration with originators to verify adherence to naming conventions, version control, and sign-off protocols.
- Understanding of document control systems and digital records management.
- Familiarity with project documentation standards and workflows.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for document management.
- Typically, a minimum of 2-4 years post-undergraduate experience in Information Management / Document Control.
- Bachelor of Business, Art, Administration or Science or relevant Degree from an accredited University
