- Review and Validate UAE KP membership applications
- Providing and assisting all UAE KP members (Individual and Companies) Annual Stock Verification
- Handle organizing of appointments
- Administer and record keeping of financial invoices and outgoing payments.
- Monitor inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
- Create and maintain a filing system for documents.
- Enter import and export data accurately into Sales Force System
- Ensure payments against imports/exports are settled
- Send the trade license and passport copies to the Compliance department for World Check
- Assist clients in registering their company with the UAE KP Office.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
- Assist clients in registering their company or individual with the UAE KP Office via UAE KP website
- Verifying clients’ documents to check if all documentation is in line with AML/CFT and reporting of any suspicious entries.
- Checking if clients from sanctioned countries and report to UAE KP Senior Manager.
- Online review and documentation verification which should be in line with the terms and conditions of UAE KP membership.
- Thoroughly and efficiently review and validate the application request or reject if provided information and documentation is not in line with the registration our renewal process.
- Ensuring 100% match with submitted data with provided documents.
- Ensuring full compliance while previewing and validating membership applications for new and renewable.
- Coordinating with the clients via e-mail followed with telephone call to ensure they fully understand the requirements to become a member or to renew their membership application form
- Collecting membership fee online
- coordinating with compliance department for any concerns and supporting the Compliance screening process
- maintaining a log of hand carried smuggle shipments passengers list and at the time of membership application preview to match them with the list ensuring same smugglers are not trying to register with a different name.
- Diploma degree
- Certification in Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
- maintains core competencies and essential knowledge in the anti-money laundering field & Compliance
- 2-3 years of experience working in an administration or operational role
- Working at the world’s best Free Zone with highly motivated colleagues
