About the role
- Provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth running of school operation.
- Assist and support the Admin Manager and Headmistress
- Telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors and parents, basic reports, filling etc.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Assist in any admin task assigned from time to time
About the requirements
- Emirati Nationality with Family Book
- 5 working days with 2 days off
- Working hours is from 7.30am to 3.30pm
