Job Title: Advisor – Strategy & Development Section
The Advisor for the Strategy & Development Section plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive governance and design strategies for government capital projects. This strategic position ensures that all project initiatives are aligned with broader strategic frameworks and long-term development goals of the Emirate.
A core responsibility of the Advisor is to establish and implement robust systems and methodologies that guarantee the alignment of capital projects with overarching strategic plans. This includes ensuring that the planning, design, and execution phases of projects adhere to well-defined governance structures and reflect strategic priorities at both the sectoral and national levels.
In addition, the Advisor actively promotes and integrates sustainable practices throughout the project evaluation and development process. This involves embedding key environmental, economic, and social considerations into project frameworks to ensure that sustainability is not only a goal but a guiding principle across all stages of project planning and delivery.
By fostering strategic alignment and sustainability, the Advisor contributes to the creation of capital projects that deliver long-term value, promote resilience, and support the Emirate’s vision for inclusive and sustainable development. The role also entails collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure coherence, efficiency, and consistency in the development and execution of capital project strategies.
Through thought leadership and expert guidance, the Advisor – Strategy & Development Section plays an instrumental role in driving the successful delivery of forward-looking, impactful, and strategically grounded capital projects.
