We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our EMEA Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. Existing SaaS pre-sales experience is very advantageous, as is any background in selling or running an identity platform. Perhaps you’re an existing pre-sales or services professional looking for a new challenge, or have experience with the SailPoint platform and would like to break into pre-sales as a career? - You have a strong technical understanding of Infrastructure, and Access Management.
- You understand SaaS solutions, and how they operate.
- You have an understanding or experience in Identity Security and key identity principles.
- You have an understanding or experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- You have an understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions.
- Actively participate in the sales process and work closely with the direct and channel sales teams
- Discover and understand customer requirements and align our solutions to those requirements
- Present SailPoint business functions, value and competitive differences
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Assist in developing RFP responses (technical answers, all English or local language)
- Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Concept evaluations
- Provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements
- 5+ years professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company
- 3+ years working with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A working knowledge of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization and directories is required (to name it: ENTRA ID, SAP, ServiceNow, local AD, Oracle, etc)
- Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL and SaaS environment is desirable
- Works deals with the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the VP/sales manager
- Travel is anticipated to be approximately 33%
- The role will be remote. Relocation or visa-sponsorship is unfortunately not available on this occasion
- Domestic and International travel is required on a flexible basis.
- Renumeration will be based on experience.
