We are seeking an After-Sales Assistant to provide support and assistance to customers after they purchase a vehicle. This role is a key part of our sales strategy, aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.


Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

Salary: $ 1500


In this role, you will:

 

⦁ Oversee the registration process for new customers.

⦁ Monitor and follow up on the pre- and post-purchase process for every new vehicle.

⦁ Assist customers with the CAI program and the auction bidding process.

⦁ Manage the inventory of new vehicles in accordance with the system.

⦁ Provide daily updates on shipping and forwarding operations to customers.

⦁ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

⦁ Coordinate with dispatch, logistics and other technical teams.

⦁ Address and resolve customer complaints promptly throughout the entire process.

⦁ Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.

⦁ Know English language, Arabic language (preferrable), Pashto and …

⦁  Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

⦁  Have strong communication and negotiation skills.

⦁ Are a motivated person with a fast-paced personality and a strong work ethic.

⦁ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
