Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Select Auto Aftermarket team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling lubricants, tires, batteries, and allied products to wholesale customers (domestic and export) and direct fleet owners. This role is based in Dubai

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and achieve sales targets according to plan.
  • Develop aftermarket sales volumes in your designated area.
  • Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required products in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Advise customers on the benefits and features of the products.
  • Ensure quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up on back-orders to provide timely information to customers and ensure delivery on the promised date.
  • Manage warehouse operations, ensuring consignment accuracy before shipment.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills to be Successful:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience in lubricants, tires, and batteries, with a strong focus on heavy commercial vehicles, industrial products, and construction equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • A valid UAE driving license

About the Team:

You will be part of the Select Auto Tier 2 Parts Sales Division, working closely with the Regional Parts Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to our customers.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain friendly relationships with customers.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and a positive attitude.
  • Team player with continuous improvement behavior and quick learning ability.
