About The Role

Are you a lively and enthusiastic individual, passionate about the Wellness industry? Do you enjoy interacting and creating amazing experiences for our guests? Atlantis, The Palm is looking for an experienced candidate to join our team of dynamic wellness professionals. In this capacity you will have the opportunity to flaunt your spa product knowledge whilst enhancing your skill set in this highly anticipated spa and wellness facility.

As a Wellness Experience Agent, your main priority is to warmly welcome guests via all means of contact points and be knowledgeable on all products and services offered at the facility. As the face of the spa, you have first contact with guests, so need to have a naturally engaging, approachable and professional demeanor and act with emotional intelligence when consulting with guests about their personal information. You will display strong task management skills as you seamlessly coordinate and communicate guests requests and movement within the facility and deliver a 5 star guest experience. You will strive to create emotional connections with our guests that will draw them back again and again whilst simultaneously exercising strong interpersonal and sales techniques.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience in either a high-end day spa, resort or hotel spa, or alternatively, prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations or similar environment. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
