Agile Project Manager

M2 is a leading crypto investment platform, dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions in the digital asset space. We provide a diverse product offering including OTC, lending, futures in addition to managing proprietary investments.

The Opportunity:

The new Agile Project Manager will be responsible for our Lending and Growth deliverables. The new joiner will coordinate & coach our software development team to manage timely, well tested product features.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project’s scope and timeline and decompose this into manageable, deliverables per sprint
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and applying this in a practical and utilitarian manner
• Run trading Development squads
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders)
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help in resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager/Functional teams, Solution Architects, key stakeholders and Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Help software development teams apply the agile framework to our delivery while applying practical methodologies, processes, controls, and frameworks, driven by measurable KPI
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• Experience in running trading development squads
• Experience in Lending and/or Growth related projects
• Experience with IT industry with exposure to financial services, Crypto Technologies & Blockchain projects
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is nice to have
• Additional certification in PMP or Agile is a plus
• Familiarity with test driven agile software development life cycle and methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) and Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
• Exposure or experience to set up and maintain devops CI & CD infrastructure on AWS & on-premise preferred
