This role will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of AI programmes aligned with P&B governance and enterprise objectives.

WSP is seeking a highly organised AI Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven initiatives within our Properties and Building Business unit. This role will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of AI programmes aligned with P&B governance and enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects within the P&B portfolio.
- Ensure alignment with P&B governance, timelines, and enterprise standards.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs for AI initiatives.
- Drive adherence to quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support leadership in driving adoption and optimising outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
- Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards for P&B and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organisational frameworks and risk management protocols.
- Track measurable impact and ROI of AI programmes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests.
- Translate business objectives into actionable AI project plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption where relevant.
- Promote best practices for AI implementation across the properties and building business.
- 8–10 years of experience in project management within technology or AI-driven programmes.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and enterprise applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
