What You Will Do:

As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, you will work with a high level of autonomy to deliver success in strategic accounts, often playing the role of the engagement lead. You will lead projects and presales activities, guiding less senior team members. You will be responsible for the analysis and technical design of software solutions and will lead a team of engineers to develop and deliver these solutions.

You Will:

• Become a trusted technical advisor to customers, designing complex solutions including AI/ML components.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that exceed their requirements, addressing both technical and non-technical aspects.
• Ensure deliverables meet Oracle’s high-quality standards.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities by understanding client business objectives.
• Design and develop advanced AI/ML models, algorithms, and solutions for complex business problems.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model selection to create robust predictive models.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models using Python or R, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and refine models based on feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on advancements in ML/AI techniques and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients, tailored to their technical understanding level.
• Assist customers in defining ML/AI strategies focused on Oracle products, both on-premise and in the Cloud.
• Create presentations to promote Oracle-based solutions to customers.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with project and technology leaders.
• Use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for business performance improvement.
• Manage the design, execution, and measurement of data initiatives requiring advanced automation.
• Apply data science and machine learning algorithms to solve client business problems.
• Resolve client business issues in industries such as steel, finance, insurance, telecom, and utilities through AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and provide guidance on implementing machine learning use cases.
• Review Oracle's new tools and methodologies for various data processes in analytics.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns and insights that drive actionable recommendations for clients.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as AI, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic- both written and spoken.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain strategic perspective while handling complex and detailed work, delivering results within agreed timescales.
• Experience working collaboratively, including supporting and teaching team members.
• Decisiveness and the ability to assist clients in business and technical decision-making in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills linking technologies and architectures to business outcomes.
• Analytical problem-solving approach using technology to address business challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Innovative and creative thinking with attention to detail.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, forecasting, data preprocessing, feature engineering ,and data visualization.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data processing with Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, spaCy, OpenCV, and Transformers (by Hugging Face).
• Understanding of natural language processing concepts and related Python libraries.
• Knowledge of deep learning algorithms and neural networks like (CNN,RNN ..etc)
• Hands-on production experience in fine-tuning Attention-based models (especially PEFT Techniques like LoRA, T-Few ..etc).
• Hands-on production experience with Diffusion Models, GANs, and Variational Autoencoders.
• Hands-on production experience in deploying and utilizing LLMs (open-source and commercial).
• Experience in Retrieval Augment Generation (RAG) applications and indexing/semantic search in general, including the use of libraries like LangChain and Llama Index.
• Experience in Synthetic Data Generation tools and frameworks like SDV (Synthetic Data Vault)
• Knowledge of ML/DL Model deployment and MLOps Techniques.
• Experience in training ML models and deploying scoring pipelines at scale, with tools like OCI Data Science and OCI AI services as an advantage.
• Experience in executing Transfer Learning for Pre-trained models.
• Knowledge of relevant tools OCI Streaming, Autonomous DB, MySQL Heatwave, and OIC is a plus.
• Understanding of Explainable AI.
• Experience with source control GIT.
• Experience in .Net/node.js/Java or web technologies is an added advantage.
• Experience in requirements analysis and project delivery methodology is advantageous.
• Functional knowledge of the Insurance, Telecom, Energy, and Banking industries is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in ML/AI or data science are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML/AI platforms and services is a plus.

Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
