YOUR MISSION
Your main goal will be to turn complex business needs into robust, scalable, and automated systems. You’re the architect who connects, simplifies, and scales operations with precision, making the invisible infrastructure of a company run like magic.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but crafting experiences. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.

What You’ll Achieve
- Automate mission-critical workflows across the company
- Scale systems to support our next phase of international growth
- Free up time and unlock leverage for every team
- Implement smart AI agents to handle repetitive ops
- Architect processes so clean, they feel invisible
I . Design and Build Scalable Automations
- Create powerful, scalable workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts
- Handle multi-step logic, error handling, conditions & retries like a pro
- Own the entire lifecycle: identify, build, deploy, maintain
- Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth
- Self-host tools when needed (e.g. internal dashboards, chat tools)
- Build microservices to bridge gaps between no-code & custom dev
- Design robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs
- Implement access, permission, and governance systems
- Structure workflows that grow with the team
- Debug, refactor, and optimize existing automations
- Build in fail-safes, alerts, and monitoring
- Continuously evolve workflows to meet changing needs
- Deploy GPT-powered internal bots and assistants
- Connect chat interfaces to internal APIs and tools
- Support teams in building task-specific AI agents
- Document everything like your future self depends on it
- Train and support internal users
- Anticipate edge cases, prevent misuse, and design with UX in mind
- Automation / Ops: n8n (self-hosted), Make.com, Zapier, Python or JS scripts
- Data & Workflow: Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Supabase, PostgreSQL
- Communication: Webhooks, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JSON, Regex
- Infra / Hosting: Docker, Cloud Run, Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Render
- AI & Assistants: OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Must Have
- You’ve shipped production-grade automation systems across teams
- You’re fluent with APIs, HTTP requests, and authentication methods
- You’re comfortable self-hosting tools, deploying them, and maintaining them
- You’ve implemented chatbot systems or assistants connected to internal tools
- You love simplifying complex systems for others and scaling your own work
- You’re a rigorous builder who thinks about edge cases, uptime, and error logs
- You enjoy working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and bringing clarity through documentation
