We are looking for a Technical Manager for a permanent role with our Client, an international Aircraft Aerostructure Repair Station, based in Dubai Airport. Reporting to VP Operations you will be in charge of Technical Support to the team, Repair process Definititon, Documentation validation, industrialization processes development.

Job Description

Reporting to VP Operations you will be in charge of Technical Support to the team, Repair process Definititon, Documentation validation, industrialization processes development.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical support and guidance
- Technical assessment and repair development
- OEM relationship management
- Documentation
- Repair process continuous improvement
- Product training
- Industrialization projects
- Management of a team of 10 engineers
- Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in MRO, including as manager for more than 3 years
- Experience working with aircraft structural components repairs.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and repair methodologies for aircraft components.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and implement practical repair solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with OEMs, team members, and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, OEM manuals, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with specialized tools and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods for aerostructures inspection.
