Job Purpose: Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey into the world of aviation in Ground Operations? Our National Trainee Supervisor Program in Airside Operations is your ticket to a dynamic and fulfilling career in this exciting industry.
The program aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of various business functions and their strategic importance within organizations. The program will last 18 months on EK.05 and upon passing you will be moved into a role on EK.06. This program will include a combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training. It will cover a wide range of topics.
To provide expertise and leadership during shifts to enhance service quality, address operational challenges, and ensure safety, efficiency, and a customer-focused environment. The role involves overseeing baggage handling, coordinating airside activities for timely departures while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
Successful candidates will undergo a structured 18-month development program designed to provide the necessary guidance and learning to succeed in their roles and progress to higher responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience: 12 Years Schooling or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year work experience
Fluency in verbal and written English
UAE Nationality (Passport & Khulasat Al Qaid)
Note: Ministry of Higher Education attestation is required for certificates

Knowledge and Skills:
Preferably understanding of the Aviation Industry products and services (Airline, Ground Handling, logistics), aviation terminology and Industry regulations for the assigned work area.
UAE driving license (for airside-based roles)
Preferably First Aid trained.
Good communication, writing skills.
Adaptable to work in a diverse / multicultural environment on shifts
Proficient Customer Management, planning, organizing and data and analysis skills.
Proficient IT and Computer Literacy skills
