We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in critical conditions, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is licensed by DHA, experienced in emergency nursing, and committed to patient-centred care.

    Al Zahra Hospital Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai: Key Responsibilities

    • Assess and triage patients in the emergency department, prioritising care based on the severity of their conditions.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions following evidence-based protocols.
    • Monitor patient conditions, document medical histories, and update patient records using hospital systems.
    • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
    • Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
    • Respond to medical emergencies, including adult, paediatric, and neonatal cases, with precision and composure.
    • Participate in continuous training and quality improvement initiatives to uphold Al Zahra’s high standards.

    Qualifications And Skills

    Al Zahra Hospital Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
    • Valid DHA license or eligibility letter for Registered Nurse in Dubai.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting.
    • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
    • Strong clinical and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
    • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.

    Preferred

    • Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital or similar high-standard facility.
    • Additional certifications (e.g., PALS, TNCC) for emergency nursing.
    • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and practices.
    • Multilingual skills to serve Dubai’s diverse patient population.
