Synopsis

As a data- savvy, business oriented Mobile App Product Analytics officer, you will be responsible for Mobile App product analytics, from funnel tracking, to reporting – ensuring data integrity, usability & actionable outcomes that improve user engagement, conversion and retention on our iOS and Android applications. This role will collaborate with our wider Digital teams to develop strategies that leverage tools and platforms that increase engagement, conversion rates and overall eCommerce performance.

Accountabilities

  • Monitor and analyse app usage across all stages of customer journey within App.
  • Track & report on KPI’s such as installs, active users, session duration, retention, conversions and customer feedback loops.
  • Conduct user funnel tracking & drop-off analysis to identify optimization opportunities within the App, through data driven metrics.
  • Define and maintain the mobile app tracking taxonomy, events & parameters.
  • Ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection (GDPR/CCPA compliant) across iOS & Android apps.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams, engineering and wider departments to support and align insights with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with product team on A/B testing initiatives to improve app features, UX & content relevance.
  • Develop clear and compelling data stories to influence strategic decision making across digital journey within the app.
  • Analyse & maintain accurate analytics data quality of mobile app, to directly report & inform personalization insights, to drive retention & overall mobile app adoption.

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience working in Digital / MarTech product management or similar eCommerce roles centered on insight-driven analytics.
  • Solid understanding of CRO techniques and methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel analysis with proven experience in conversion rate optimization preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical proficiency required with working Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, predictive modelling, or location-based data analytics in mobile environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools and platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics and other industry leading tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or Amplitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines.
  • Working knowledge in airline, customer experience and usability is desirable.
  • Technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to analyze quantitative data to drive solutions and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Recognized as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires working with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Working knowledge of associated GDPR, Legal compliances governing this role is preferred.
