- Conducting Assessments: Evaluating individuals to identify behavioral goals and develop treatment plans.
- Designing and Implementing Interventions: Creating and executing behavior intervention plans to promote skill development and reduce problem behaviors.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data to assess progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust treatment plans.
- Collaboration with Families and Teams: Working with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of interventions and achieve goals.
- Providing Training and Support: Offering guidance and training to families, caregivers, and staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
