Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Arabic Speaking Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our web3 and iGaming projects
• Create and schedule engaging, culturally relevant content across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Curate weekly digests of web3 news, trends, and discussions, with occasional iGaming-related updates, to keep our audience informed and engaged
• Foster community interaction by initiating and moderating discussions, polls, and user-generated content initiatives
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics and audience feedback
• Collaborate closely with the editorial team to create engaging content using AI tools and approaches
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the web3 or iGaming sectors
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to produce innovative and culturally relevant content
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to track social media performance
• Background in working with design teams and/or designing social media visuals using tools like Figma or Canva
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and podcast production is a bonus and offers growth opportunities
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic, with a strong command of English
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow and nurture online communities, particularly in the web3 or iGaming spaces
• Familiarity with web3 wallets, exchanges, or blockchain technology
• Knowledge of social media SEO practices to enhance visibility across platforms
• Understanding how to run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like X, TikTok, or Instagram
