- Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed blueprints and 3D models using design software.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices for efficient designs.
- Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients for approval.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety guidelines, and zoning laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong visualization, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or interior projects is preferred.
