Architect-Contractor Industrial Buildings

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a dynamic and growing company, specializing in industrial construction projects such as factories, hangars, food processing facilities, cold storage, and logistics warehouses. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to ensure design concepts meet project goals, codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-contract design collaboration and technical specification writing.
• Post-award project oversight, including site inspections and coordination.
• Client engagement and project updates.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and authority approvals.
• Managing design teams and coordinating 3D presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and BIM.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English; proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil is a plus.
