Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
- Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with local authority standards (Abu Dhabi Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Maintain and update drawing records and revision logs.
- Support in authority submissions and as-built documentation.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architectural Drafting or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE codes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
