As an Architectural Inspector will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet quality and safety standards.

- Conduct site inspections to assess compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to resolve architectural challenges.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on inspection findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural inspection or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ICC Certified) are a plus.
