Job Description
We are seeking a talented Art Director to be fully seconded to a high-profile public sector client in Abu Dhabi for a fixed term of 1 year. This is an on-ground role in Abu Dhabi and will require close collaboration with the client’s teams.

We are seeking a talented Art Director to be fully seconded to a high-profile public sector client in Abu Dhabi for a fixed term of 1 year. This is an on-ground role in Abu Dhabi and will require close collaboration with the client’s teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of visual concepts across digital, print, social, and motion platforms.
- Direct the creation of storyboards, animations, layouts, and production-ready assets.
- Supervise and mentor designers, editors, and animators to ensure creative excellence.
- Integrate AI design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials and touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with design, AI, and animation trends to drive innovation.
- Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to commute.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, digital, and motion work is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), , and AI-powered design tools.
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and animation.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and motion principles.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
