- Lead the creative vision for digital design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop and communicate design concepts to the team, providing clear direction and feedback to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, UX/UI designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and engaging digital experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role with a focus on digital design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hospitality projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful digital design projects.
