Job Description:

We are offering a 3-month unpaid internship for aspiring journalists and content creators eager to build real-world experience in the art and culture media space. As a Journalism Intern, you will work closely with our editorial team, contribute content to our website, and assist with interviews, research, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write 1–2 articles per week (features, artist interviews, event coverage)
• Assist with preparing questions and conducting interviews with artists, curators, and cultural leaders
• Support research and fact-checking of ongoing editorial projects
• Attend virtual editorial meetings and participate in content planning
• Ensure articles follow Art&Gulf’s tone and editorial guidelines
• Help coordinate visual content with the design team

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Passion for art, design, and Gulf-region cultural affairs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic research and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Google Docs and digital tools
• Journalism, communication, or media studies background preferred (not required)
