Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct research in AI/ML, particularly in areas like deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning

• Develop new models or improve existing algorithms to optimize performance and efficiency

• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into functional prototypes or production-ready tools

• Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI and proactively identify how they can be applied to our business needs

• Contribute to technical documentation and peer code reviews

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and model evaluation techniques
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI development
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for experimentation
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) or foundation models
