Arts Program Leadership:
- Curate and manage exhibitions, performances, and cultural events
- Develop artistic visions aligned with company objectives
- Oversee budgets up to AED 500,000 for arts initiatives
- Scout and contract artists, performers, and cultural partners
- Negotiate collaborations with galleries and cultural institutions
- Manage artist residencies and commissioning programs
- Coordinate logistics for installations and exhibitions
- Ensure compliance with UAE cultural regulations
- Implement visitor engagement strategies
- Must know: Arts management software (Artlogic, GalleryManager)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials
- Experience with virtual exhibition platforms
- Develop educational programs and workshops
- Represent KILONEWTONS at cultural forums
- Analyze audience demographics and engagement metrics
