Responsibilities
- Assemble equipment according to engineered drawings and established procedures, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Inspect completed components for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper maintenance of company-supplied tools.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of assembly procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
- Operate various equipment and machinery required for the assembly process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Skills:
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- 0-2 years of prior experience in assembly or manufacturing operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
