Asset Liquidation Specialist

As the Asset Liquidation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the process of liquidating company assets. This includes evaluating, pricing, and selling assets to maximize returns while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Assess the value and condition of assets to determine the best liquidation strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and market trends.
• Oversee the sale of assets through auctions, direct sales, or other methods.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Ensure all asset liquidation activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on asset liquidation activities and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify assets for liquidation and coordinate the process.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

• Experience in asset management, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-related capital asset values and resale markets.
