Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a hands- on and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support the operations of the bar at Eunoia . As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will support in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving beverage innovation that aligns with our brand's elevated standards. Your leadership will play a vital role in training, development, and maintaining a positive, energetic, and high- performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day- to- day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the bar team to maintain high levels of performance, product knowledge, and hospitality.
• Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and timely ordering of beverages and bar supplies.
• Contribute to the development of beverage menus and promotions, including cocktails, wines, and non- alcoholic offerings.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality and internal protocols.
• Foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Address guest feedback in a proactive and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a quality- driven bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands- on, lead- by- example approach.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior UAE experience or experience within an international hospitality brand is advantageous.
