You’ll Be Responsible For
- Deliver cost management services from start to finish across various sectors.
- Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection.
- Apply value management techniques during early planning and cost plan development.
- Assist in procurement processes including prequalification and contractor selection.
- Prepare contract documents, manage variations, and support valuations.
- Collaborate with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting.
- Identify costs from design changes and assist with claims and final accounts.
- Guide junior staff, promote net zero carbon goals, and build internal relationships.
- Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is essential.
