We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Credit Manager to join our high-impact Credit team. Bring your SME lending expertise and be part of a dynamic platform redefining finance in the region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Evaluate credit applications for mid to large corporate clients, ensuring smart, data-driven decisions.
Leverage your expertise in working capital, term loans, and supply chain finance to underwrite with confidence.
Get hands-on with digital lending tools and decision automation—this is the future of credit.
Perform ratio analysis to assess financial health and uncover deeper insights.
Help shape credit policy, manage risk, and maintain portfolio health with top-tier reporting.
Collaborate with relationship managers to design credit solutions that truly serve clients’ needs.
Guide and mentor junior analysts, raising the bar for credit excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of SME/corporate lending experience—must have UAE market exposure.
Proven credit risk know-how with strong financial and ratio analysis skills.
Experience in digital lending and credit decisioning is a major plus.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and internal policy compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (Master’s is a bonus).
