- Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the resort's brand positioning in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong online presence across various platforms.
- Manage social media channels to engage with the target audience and showcase the resort's unique offerings.
- Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Create compelling and immersive content that effectively communicates the resort's story, values, and distinctive features.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually stunning and emotionally resonant marketing materials.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations that align with the resort's luxury image.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations to maximize brand exposure and enhance the resort's image.
- Event Planning and Promotions:
- Plan and execute exclusive events, promotions, and campaigns to attract high-profile clientele.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Directly oversee the activities of the PR Manager and Content Creator, ensuring their efforts align with the overall marketing strategy and brand objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth within the team.
- Foster a cohesive and creative team dynamic, promoting effective communication and collaboration across all marketing functions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications
- 5 years of experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality marketing, with a focus on five-star resorts or premium brands is mandatory, previous experience with IHG Hotels & Resorts in marketing department is advantageous
- Experience in affiliate and partner marketing locally and internationally
- Demonstrated expertise, knowledge and experience in online & offline marketing
- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
- Good understanding in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills, with strong command of spoken and written English and native language (where applicable)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
