What You Will Do
- Directly supervise staff in carrying out work schedules as well as spot checking to verify quality and employee performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate sub meter, chemical treatment and engine room logs.
- Ensure that all meter readings on heat, light and power are taken on a daily basis and reviewed for consumption.
- Assist in compiling a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity, gas, steam and water,
- Ensure effective communication and good relations between the maintenance department and other departments in the Residence Club.
- Previous 3 - 5 years’ experience within 5* luxury resort/hotel in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of all jobs in the Engineering area.
- Proficiency in English
