Now we are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager, you will be a part of our Global Finance Team.

Role Overview

As a Finance Manager at Noventiq, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights, ensure accurate reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Impact On The Mission

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather inputs for comprehensive budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyze historical financial data and market trends to refine future financial projections.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
  • Develop financial models to support complex business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and scenario modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Deliver detailed financial analyses highlighting key performance metrics and business unit profitability.
  • Conduct variance analyses to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Take ownership of monthly management reporting and department-wise profitability analysis.
  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner by providing insightful analysis on forecasts, profitability drivers, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance through actionable financial insights.
  • Support investor and shareholder reporting by coordinating with the broader finance team.
  • Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
  • Support automation and workflow enhancement initiatives to improve accuracy and streamline finance operations.

What You’ll Bring To The Table – About You

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
  • Experience consolidating financials under IFRS and other GAAPs for multi-entity, multi-country organizations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • 6+ years in FP&A, IT finance, or finance business partnering, ideally in a global, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for actionable insights.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, matrixed organizations.
