About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Airport Services, you will be responsible for team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual and team objectives whilst ensuring company policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to. You will ensure team member’s uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of information, and protect company assets, as well as be responsible in helping the operation run smoothly, to help team to work together and get the best results. You will also organize the team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a really high standard, plus develop the team to ensure delivery of consistent performance, adequate product knowledge and being customer-focused, and understand team member’s problems and weaknesses and address them in a courteous and polite manner.

About You

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and will be efficient with communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, and will have experience enhancing team member’s ability to use technical knowledge required for daily operations. You will be able to make effective judgments and decisions required and inspire the team with clear vision and purpose. You will also be able to handle operations under pressure being calm and composed, and identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives.
