About The Role
The Assistant Manager MI & Analytics is responsible for turning data into insights that drive the Contact Centre’s performance and guest experience. The role manages data collection, reporting, and analysis across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. By monitoring KPIs, forecasting demand, and highlighting trends, the Assistant Manager supports operational decisions, resource planning, and service improvements. Acting as a strategic partner, they provide leadership with clear, actionable insights while fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
About You
The ideal candidate must have a B achelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a data management, MI, or analytics-focused managerial role, preferably within a Contact Centre or hospitality organization. Proven experience in leading reporting or analytics teams, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros) and experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio; and strong understanding of key contact centre metrics and operations.
