- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the corporate segment, ensuring both the retention of existing accounts and the acquisition of new ones.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, continuously exploring new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure all corporate clients’ needs and expectations are fully met.
- Actively engage in sales initiatives to drive revenue and expand the corporate client base — including sales calls, client visits, site inspections, follow-ups, networking events, and market research.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the hotel’s products, facilities, and services to effectively promote and position them to corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Manage and develop assigned corporate accounts through regular communication, performance reviews, and tailored offers; provide timely reports and updates to the Sales Manager / Director of Sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the corporate segment.
- Support the development and performance of junior colleagues by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their effectiveness and client engagement skills.

- Proven experience and success in proactive sales, preferably within the hospitality or B2B (corporate) segment.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry, its market trends, and corporate client needs.
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a commitment to achieving results.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
