We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager - Housing to oversee daily operations and manage housing services and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for creating safe and supportive living environments.
- Proven experience in housing, property management, or facilities administration. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in housing or property management.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with associates and vendors.
- Ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and oversee financial operations.
- High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and emergencies calmly and effectively.
